Women's Volga Volga

Volga Volga is a brand of Russian designer Mikhail Panteleev who has conquered Japan with his talent. Missed graduate of the Moscow Textile Academy, being a winner of numerous competitions, Panteleev presented his collection in 1996 at Fashion Week Osaka collection and was noticed by Yohji Yamamoto. Later on he got an offer to work as an assistant of a great designer. After the appointment Mikhail decisively moved to Tokyo where he lives till nowadays. In 2002 Rei Kawakubo, a founder of Comme des Garcons, personally selected Mikhail Panteleev`s collection to be presented and sold in the monobrand boutique in Tokyo. After four years work at Yohji Yamamoto as a shoe and headwear designer Mikhail creates his own brand. Its artfully aged look, textured materials and precious fabrics always naturally colored and prone to numerous treatments distinguish Volga Volga clothing.
