Women's Share Spirit
Share Spirit was created by an artist and designer Hikaru Katano in 2000. Being a real anthropologist, Hikaru finds inspiration in travelling, visiting remote places and tribes, such as the Aztec villages in the mountains of Peru or the Berbers in Morocco. He often uses experience of local artists to put his ideas, studying ancient production techniques and supplementing Share Spirit items with artifacts. Collections are created from a variety of materials, both in terms of age and country of origin. Hikaru uses rare technique of prints on silk, original printed fabrics, cashmere in Milton knit, handmade leather staining with paraffin. Share Spirit wear filled with the sense of respect to the long-vanished civilizations and cultures.
