Men's Y-3
Y-3 brand was born in 2002, thanks to unique collaboration of adidas, German sportswear giant, and Yohji Yamamoto, Japanese avant garde designer. ‘I am inspired by the sneaker culture. Why don't you work with me?’ With these words Yamamoto called adidas, and they said ‘yes’ initially. Since then Y-3 is remaining the main brand defining a synergy between fashion and sport creating strong athletic-inspired yet very wearable silhouettes with the usage of innovative materials. As Vogue.com says, everything else is fashion pretending to be sportswear. Zinedine Zidane represents the brand as its ambassador, and A$AP Rocky and Kanye West rock its highly-acclaimed sneaker line daily. The brand is famous for the large range of sneakers, from iconic black Yohji Run to new models as Rhita and Kozoko. Y-3 collections are show in Paris during Men's Fashion Week 2 times a year.
