We accept returns on regular priced items that meet the following requirements: Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 7 days of the delivery date. The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. The following items are not eligible for returns: intimates/lingerie, swimwear, socks and hosiery, leather care, hats, caps.
FINAL SALE ITEMS Please note that all Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Exceptions are damaged items. If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than 7 days after delivery. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7 day period or fail to ship the product back to us. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return, book your collection and have your items sent back to the warehouse.
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase: Contact us via email to request a return. You will then receive a Fedex prepaid label and an invoice to ship it with. Book a courier pick up or drop off at a convenient Fedex office. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days of the reception of the item at our warehouse.
Please, note that we will deduct $60 for return expenses, except the reason like: found a defect / had received a wrong goods - in this case pickup expenses by our side. Plus, the original delivery cost also will deduct from refund, if it were.
