We ship our orders worldwide with DHL Express or BXB depending on the country of destination.

We ship the merchandise only after the payment is confirmed.

Once we book the pick up by the delivery service, you will receive an email with the tracking number and direct link to monitor the shipment status.

Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Delivery time:

We usually send the order to the courier service within 2 days from the moment of registration, sometimes it takes for a couple a days longer during the sales period.

In general delivery time depends of customs service and their procedure of cargo checking, verification and clearance.

Most products & types of fabric can be delivered from 10 to 20 days.

But notice please, if your ordered product groups: 
Textile women's shorts;
Textile women's dress;
Textile women's blazer;
Textile women's skirt;
Textile women's trousers and women's jeans;
Knitted women's shirt/blouse/polo;
As well as bags, wallets & cardholders, belts, cases, jewelry, badges.
Also footwear made of genuine leather.

In this type of cases period of delivery could be vary and most likely takes to 30 days, in rare cases up to 45 days, so be patient please.

You always can follow your shipment by the track which we sanded.
If you have detected a hold of your cargo - at first immediately contact to us, we always help and support to deal with customs and courier services.

The order is considered fulfilled if you ignored the courier delivery, and the courier service disposed of the parcel after the expiration of the storage period. 

*You usually have 30 days to contact the courier service again (or you may contact to us), from the moment of the first unsuccessful delivery, and arrange a new date.

Should you like to cancel your order when the parcel has already been shipped (according to the tracking), we may only issue a refund after the shipment has arrived back to the store. In this case, the shipping fee is not a subject to refund.
